About

A small company that needed its own agreements signed

O2A2 LLC is a software company in North Carolina. We build and run software for businesses, and like every business, we send agreements — statements of work, service contracts, NDAs.

O2A2 E-sign started as the tool we built to handle our own. The first version rendered documents the conventional way, rasterising PDFs on the server — and that approach kept outgrowing the small containers we run on. So we rebuilt it lean on purpose: documents render in the signer's browser, and the server touches the PDF only structurally, mutating the file itself rather than redrawing it. The result is lighter to run, and the executed document is your document — signed, stamped, and hashed, never re-rendered.

Once it was doing that job reliably for us, we opened it up to other businesses that want the same thing: agreements out, signatures back, and evidence kept, without the enterprise ceremony.

What we believe

Evidence over promises

A signature request asks someone to be legally bound. The least the software can do is keep an honest, complete record of what happened — hashes, timestamps, an audit log that cannot be edited.

Documents belong to you

Your agreements are your business records, not our engagement metrics. Executed copies are yours to download, and your clients can always fetch theirs from the portal.

Calm software

No urgency banners, no upsell interruptions on the signing page. Someone reading a contract deserves quiet.
